Snacks are an essential part of a healthy eating plan. You should eat when you are hungry and stop when you feel full. Intuitive eating is essential to learning what your body needs to stay active and healthy.

You can fill in the gaps in your day with snacks without using up all of your points. The post has been updated to the 2023 WW Points Plan.

Why Snacks Under 3 Points?

We’ve updated this post with info from the new Weight Watchers Points program so you can snack to your heart’s content with these great low point snacks! The new program is similar to the previous Blue plan list. Weight Watchers had said in the past that Blue is the same as their old Freestyle Smart Points program.

That being said…we’re humans…not robots. We make mistakes! If you are questioning certain point values you can always double-check with your app or the online program and feel free to leave a polite comment, I’m never opposed to making necessary updates or clarifications for mistakes.

Useful Tools for Snacking on Weight Watchers:

If you are planning on portioning out snacks here are some links to help with that. I love my kitchen scale, it makes life so much less complicated and removes all the guess work.

Another thing I like to use are these reusable zipper pouches which eliminate the need for single use plastic bags and containers.

If you like to plan ahead you can use these containers which are also reusable so you don’t have to stress about toss away items.

Finally this cutting board is amazing. It makes prepping fruits and veggies for snacking so so easy. It’s a game changer and one of those kitchen gadgets you’ll wish you found sooner.

  5. No need to be mean, these ladies went out of their way to write this post and to share it with you. Some of these a points are the same for ww +, but it does clearly say weight watchers points and not points plus. Either way, these are good, healthy snack ideas. Thanks, ladies!

  6. I’m not sure where you are getting your info…but grapes are zero points and so are apples…have been for years, if those are wrong in your list it makes me wonder if any of your point values are correct…weight watchers switched over to points plus years ago, so it would be more helpful to use the new values when posting things like this.

    1. Some people still use the old system.. Everyone should have a points slider and/or a points calculator. This post says Weight Watchers Points, not Points Plus.. So, Brandilyn maybe they intended this on being for people on the older system.

    2. I was wondering the same here….it’s like some of he recipes that people post…can’t imagine how they figure….be safe do your own calculating… 🙂
