Here’s what you’ll need to make Weight Watchers pumpkin fluff:

There’s really nothing fancy in this delicious dessert. You’ll see below that most of the ingredients are readily available and perfectly easy to find in the grocery store. I love that this recipe uses simple ingredients to make a tasty seasonal dessert that everyone loves.

This recipe has a light whipped texture that adds to the delight. it is creamy and indulgent while also being light and tasty!

  • Non fat Greek vanilla yogurt, whipped variety if you can find them!
  • Canned pumpkin
  • Whipped Cream Cheese, reduced fat
  • Fat free Whipped Topping
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice

How to make pumpkin mousse:

In a large mixing bowl add both cups of yogurt, cream cheese, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice and beat until light and fluffy.

Fold in the whipped topping.

Divide the pumpkin cheesecake mixture evenly into the cups.

Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice and top with a slice of apple or anything you like!

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!

Weight Watchers Points for Pumpkin Fluff:

You could use plain yogurt or plain greek yogurt if you want an even lower points version of this dessert recipe. I haven’t tried that so I’m not sure how much it will alter the flavor. You could use Stevia to sweeten if it is too bitter as well!

Ingredients

  • 2 nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt cups (4 oz each), whipped variety if you can find them!
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese, reduced fat
  • 4 oz fat free Whipped Topping
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add both cups of yogurt, add pumpkin and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Divide the pumpkin cheesecake mixture evenly in to the cups.
  4. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
  6. Enjoy!
