Around this house we like our desserts – especially this no bake cheesecake. Whether it’s pie, cake or cookies, we don’t discriminate.

With the holidays right around the corner, I’m struggling to make sure we aren’t over indulging in all of our favorite sweet treats.  So I am declaring here and now, that this holiday season, we will scale down the sugar intake. With the help of SPLENDA® Sugar Blend, I know I can get the job done. Peach No Bake Cheesecake will make a great addition to your dessert table

Did you know that the average american consumes more than 22 teaspoons of sugar everyday? Those teaspoons can add up to a lot calories. Yikes! My hubby has been watching his waistline a bit more since hitting the half a century milestone. I know he is worried about the holiday feasts coming up derailing his efforts.  No Bake Peach Cheesecake is one of his favorites to see on the dessert table. Being able to make a  version of his favorite dessert may just win me the wife of the year award. I even made this dessert in individual serving sizes. The four ounce glass jars are perfect for portion control.

If you need some inspiration to cut down on sugar intake, be sure to visit the SWEET SWAPS™ page where you will find creative ways to swap full sugar for SPLENDA® Sweetener Products.

Put 16 oz of room temperature light cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and add the 1/2 cup of SPLENDA® Sugar Blend.

The SPLENDA® Sugar Blend is a blend of sugar and SPLENDA® that you I like to use in baking  and dessert recipes. Be sure to check the packaging for the conversion chart. In this recipe we used 1/2 cup of the SPLENDA® Sugar Blend in lieu of granulated sugar to cut down on the calories, but not the taste.

You can find the graham cracker crumbs in the baking aisle at Walmart, the same place you find the SPLENDA® Sweetener Products. You can also use a rolling pin or other heavy object to crush whole graham crackers in to crumbs.

Put two to three teaspoons of cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs.

Add enough of your favorite pie filling to cover the top of the jar. Add an additional dollop of whipped topping or graham cracker crumbs to the top of each dessert for additional garnish. Of course you could always skip the garnish.
