Corn on the cob is one of our summer favorites! There are so many awesome ways to cook corn on the cob, especially during grilling season. This awesome slow cooker creamy dill corn on the cob recipe is perfect for picnics, parties, cookouts, and more! You know we LOVE using the slow cooker for uncommon recipes and this one is no different. While I love the taste of grilled corn on the cob, I’m happy to substitute this delicious alternative all summer long! Nothing makes summer sweet corn more awesome than this creamy dill sauce. Now no matter if  you like to eat your corn right off the cob, or if you cut it off first like me, you can have the perfect side dish for any meal! Ingredients for Slow Cooker Creamy Dill Corn on the Cob:

4 corn on the cob
1 C Whipping Cream
¼ C Fresh dill, chopped
2 T Butter, melted
¼ C Water
Salt to taste

Directions for Slow Cooker Creamy Dill Corn on the Cob:

1. Chop each cob of corn into 3 sections
2. Place into the slow cooker
3. Combine melted butter and water together
4. Pour into the slow cooker with the corn.
5. Cover and cook on high for 1.5 hours or low for 3
6. In a bowl, combine the cream and dill, mix well
7. When corn is cooked, pour the cream and dill mixture over the corn. Mix cobs around to cover completely.
8. Upon serving, sprinkle salt to taste.
