100 FREE Weight Loss APPS


There are so many apps available right now to help support your weight loss and healthy lifestyle goals. What’s even better is I found 100 FREE Weight Loss Apps. Using technology to support your healthy lifestyle choices will make those choices easier to track. The apps on your  phone can track everything from calorie intake to steps walked. There are even a few free weight loss apps that will take your through a workout step by step. I don’t have the time or money to commit to a personal trainer or gym membership, so free apps it is! 

‘It’s isn’t too often that I go anywhere without my phone. I used to think I wouldn’t use a phone, but now it’s an extension of my arm. Since I constantly have my smartphone at my side, it only makes good sense that I use it a a weight loss tool. Now the hardest part; deciding which apps to use!     Wow – that is a lot of apps! I’ve used My Fitness Pal on the computer so maybe I’ll start with that one.
    I’m glad to hear I’m not the only person out there who didn’t think they would really use a smartphone, but now feels it’s “an extension of my arm”!
