Ingredients
2 – 3 Bananas, ripe
1 C Rolled oats (not instant)
½ C Chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mash the Bananas well with a fork
Mix in the rolled oats making sure the banana and oats are well saturated
Fold in the chocolate chips
Spoon onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Form into a nice cookie shape.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until the oats turn a golden brown color
Remove from oven and let completely cool.
