Which Weight Watchers program is this for?

This shopping list is for the Weight Watchers Purple Plan. The myWW update to Weight Watchers changed us from Freestyle to a three color program that has Blue, Green, and Purple. This list has points for the Purple Plan.

How do the portions work for the zero point foods?

Zero point foods can seem like a great idea when you are look at Weight Watchers foods to buy from Aldi for Purple Plan. Something you need to consider is that you should eat normal servings of those foods.

Zero point foods are not meant to be eaten in unlimited quantities. You can enjoy them as part of a normal balanced diet with portion control in mind.

Tools for Success on Weight Watchers:

If you are new to a Weight Watchers diet you might want to consider some of these tools for making your journey successful!

food scale is necessary for me! Trying to guess portion sizes doesn’t work and this is something you’ll use every meal!

Measuring cups and measuring spoons will also help you stay on track. This collapsible set is my favorite because it’s easy to clean and store. 

These cutting boards are nice so you can cut up fresh fruits and veggies to enjoy throughout the day.

After your foods are prepped you can store them in baskets for the refrigerator and shelves so you can access them quickly. It’s a great way to be ready!  

Shopping for Weight Watchers food products doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive. Once I learned where to buy Weight Watchers products life became a whole lot easier and Aldi is at the top of my list, always!
