When the temperature starts to drop I know it’s time to start looking for all the local apples that are available in our area. The local farmers market along with roadside stands and farms will be selling tons of different options.

I like to pair them with my favorite sweet and spicy dip. Since I suffer from frequent heartburn sometimes cinnamon can trigger that. Check out how I’m keeping the heartburn at bay while also enjoying my favorite fall treat!
