Do you ever feel like you have to know the answer to all of the questions or be the solver of everyone’s problems? If your a mom or a wife, you probably know where I am going with this.
It seems like everyone comes to me with their problems and questions, Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind, but if the question is easily answered without my input, give me a break!

Besides, “What’s for dinner?’, the most frequent question I hear is, “Are the dishes clean?” It’s pretty much been my routine to run the dishwasher late at night, so everything is sparkly and clean in the morning.
So, when someone asks are the dishes dirty or clean, I just want to yell, “Go open the door and look for yourself!” I decided to make a sign for the dishwasher, that way I am not yelling or answering a question, that doesn’t need to be answered.
DIY Scrabble Tile Dishwasher Magnet
I am a Scrabble geek, so anytime I see the games and tiles at a thrift store or yard sale, I bring them home. I have all kinds of project ideas in my head, that need to be crafted. Making the Scrabble Tile Dishwasher Magnet is my solution to the “Are the dishes clean?” problem.
All you need to make your own Scrabble Tile Dirty Clean Dishwasher Magnet is glue, scrabble tiles and a magnet. I used the free magnets the plumber sends us each year. If you don’t have any extra magnets hanging around, you can pick up magnet sheets at a hobby store.
Be sure to arrange your tiles, so you don’t glue them on upside down. (Yep, I did that.) Place glue on the back of each tile, one at time, and place on magnet and push down to secure.
Push the tiles tight against each other, so you have a nice straight line. Doing one word at a time will work best. I didn’t wait for anything to dry, just kept on working.
After the tiles are adhered, correctly, trim the magnet to the size you prefer. You’re done! Simple and quick. It took longer for the glue gun to heat up, then it took to make the magnet.
I am thankful that using Finish Dishwasher Detergent means I never have to answer the question are the dishes clean? Quantum™ Power & Free™ delivers sparkling clean and amazing shine, without having to pre- rinse, which is a huge time saver.
The three-chamber capsule features powerful cleaning ingredients with Hydrogen Peroxide Action to tackle the toughest food stains and leave a brilliant shine, all while using less harsh chemicals. Family friendly and fast acting, are my find of clean.
I am a working mom of 3 grown kids and I am still busier than ever. Any way I can find to save time and money makes my week run smoother, which means a happy mom. When Mom is happy, everyone is happy!

This is great! I hate when I start putting dishes away only to realize I didn't start the dishwasher, lol!! If I turn over to clean as soon as I start it, this will work for me ;) Pinning!!
