Weight Watchers Points for Pumpkin Fluff:
Each serving of this Weight Watchers pumpkin fluff has been calculated for the Weight Watchers program.
You could use plain yogurt or plain greek yogurt if you want an even lower points version of this dessert recipe. I haven’t tried that so I’m not sure how much it will alter the flavor. You could use Stevia to sweeten if it is too bitter as well!
Which WW Program are these points for?
WW has definitely changed from 2020 to now. They went from three to one plan to multiple plans and back to one plan again. So in 2023, we have just plain old “POINTS.”
- Be sure to calculate the points value of the foods and recipes you eat in the app.
- Always add ingredients and serving sizes and don’t rely on the nutrition facts in the recipe.
- Accuracy will come from the information you input on the app.
Remember if you do make other modifications you’ll need to recalculate this recipe for yourself. Also, it’s worth mentioning, tracking the individual ingredients is not always the same as creating a recipe so make sure that you are creating a recipe and including the servings and specific ingredients you use in the calculator!
The Weight Watchers app is great for this purpose and you can do this on the WW website as well!
