How to make easy pineapple fluff salad:
Let’s dive in and take a look at how deliciously simple this pineapple fluff salad is to create and share. You’ll love that it only takes a few simple steps in order to create something indulgent and sweet but still relatively healthy for WW and other healthy eating plans.
First we need to put the greek yogurt and pudding into the bowl of a mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Should take between 4-5 minutes.
Next, add in the whipped topping and stir gently to combine them. Don’t over do it or the mixture will get overly runny.
Now we can add in the pineapple and again, stir everything gently to combine.
Finally we need to fold in the mini marshmallows and sliced bananas just until mixed and coated.
Put everything into the refrigerator for at least one hour before you plan to serve it. You can do it for a few hours to overnight. I don’t make this further in advance than that.
Top with a cherry before serving. You can leave them out if they are something you really dislike.
