Pork Gyro Recipe

“Pork Gyro Recipe is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Smithfield®, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #PutPorkontheMenu http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

This house is all about the bass, about the bass no treble…oh wait that’s a different song. Take two. This house is all about the meat, about the meat, no vegetables. Ha! I couldn’t carry a tune to save my life. What I am trying to say is we are actually a huge meat eating crew and we all love to eat. Who doesn’t?

I am blessed to have a Hubby that does most of the cooking and he’s darn good at it! No kidding he can open the refrigerator or freezer, pick out some ingredients and make a stellar meal!

Using pork loin as the meat in a gyro makes them easy and affordable. Grill up some pork and enjoy!

One of his signature dishes is the pork Gyro. A Gyro is traditionally made with lamb, but we don’t have access to good lamb meat in our area, so pork it is. Using Smithfield Marinated Pork means less mess and simple meal prep. Just what I like, he cooks and I clean up, so less is best.
