I am working hard and really trying to amp up my fruit and vegetable intake. Eating healthier, exercising and living life to the fullest are right up there with breathing right now for me. I wanted a protein packed dip to eat with my fruit, had a stockpile of peanut butter, so this easy 2 ingredient Skinny Peanut Butter Fruit Dip was perfect.
I decided to use plain Greek yogurt as the base of my skinny peanut butter fruit dip. You can use plain yogurt, flavored yogurt or any yogurt you choose. Obviously, that will change the Freestyle Smart Points value if you are following a Weight Watchers plan, but you are in charge of the ingredients that go in the recipe. Using plain yogurt really let me enjoy an abundance of peanut butter taste. It was delicious with apples and strawberries. I am pretty sure it would be great with any kind of fruit you happen to have. I can tell you it’s even perfect enjoyed by the spoonful! I cannot wait to hit the local farmer’s market this weekend and stock up on all kinds of fresh fruit and get dipping!

1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter. (I used Jif, use whatever suits your taste) Stir together and serve with fresh cut fruit! Wah Lah! Super easy and very tasty. It was hard to hold myself to 2 Tablespoons, but I did it.
Makes 12 Tablespoons or six servings. Only Two Weight Watchers Freestyle Smart Points per serving! Perfect for a midday snack or power pick me up treat! Enjoy!
