5 Ways to Spice Up Dinner for Two

“I have been selected by Find Your Influence to be a spokesperson for Bertolli. While I have been compensated for my time, my opinions are my own.”

When you have been eating dinner with the same person for over 30 years, you tend to follow the same old routine. Now that we are in the empty nest season of our marriage, we make it intentional to do things a little different. This week with the help of Bertolli, we didn’t just eat we found ways to spice up dinner for two and Mangia!

5 Ways to Spice Up Dinner for Two

#1 – There are no rules! Let your hair down and have fun. No kids and no phones allowed. Take time to do your own thing, whatever that may be.

#2 Change it up! You dont’ always have to eat at the table. Try dinner for two on the couch, on the floor or even in the bedroom. Hey why not? You have heard of breakfast in bed, it’s time to try dinner in bed!

#3 Keep it Simple. Don’t make dinner for two so much work, that you can’t enjoy it. Bertolli offers frozen dinner for two, that are packed full flavor, easy to prepare and bring an authentic Italian dining experience into your home.

#4 Eat dessert first! Those sweet treats are always nice to have, but after a great dinner, like Lobster Ravioli, I rarely have room for dessert. Eat dessert first, then enjoy the main course. You never know how the night may end and you don’t have to care!

#5 Enjoy the company. Talk, laugh and savor each bite. Play some low soft music, pull out the china and light the candles. Setting the mood, will enhance your dinner for two and may spark some romantic intentions.

Everyone can enjoy their own Mangia moment with Bertolli Frozen Meals for Two. All you need is a 12 minutes, a skillet and a love of great tasting authentic Italian food.

I love the idea of enjoying the company. To me that means keeping it really simple… and by keeping it simple you never have to sacrifice on max enjoyment. P.S. this looks so yummy!
