Can I add more sweetener?

For the Weight Watchers program I would recommend using the listed sweetener first. You can add more if you think it really needs it, try adding some stevia to adjust the sweetness as well!

How many Weight Watchers points are in this dessert?

There are three points in each serving of this delicious dessert on each plan. This recipe is 3 points on all three plans, blue, green, and purple!

Plain Greek yogurt. I usually use the non-fat but you could use whatever works for you / your eating plan if on WW.
