This recipe really is simple, I wasn’t joking with you…it’s just three ingredients and you can keep them on hand pretty easily so when you get a craving for some ice cream, make a batch of this strawberry Weight Watchers frozen yogurt instead.

You will only need some frozen strawberries, plain fat-free Greek yogurt, and honey! It truly is as simple as that!

How to make strawberry Weight Watchers frozen yogurt:

There are just two steps to making this tasty frozen yogurt. It’s quick and easy and you can have it ready in just a few moments!

Place strawberries, honey, Stevia, and yogurt in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately or freeze for 15-20 minutes if it needs to thicken.

You can make this ahead and freeze it in an 8×8 pan. Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving so that it has time to soften.

Can I add more sweeteners?

For the Weight Watchers program, I would recommend using the listed sweetener first. You can add more if you think it really needs it, try adding some stevia to adjust the sweetness as well!

  • 2 Cups Chopped Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Greek no fat Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 packets stevia sweetner (I use purevia)

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, honey, stevia and yogurt in the bowl of a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or freeze for 15-20 minutes if it needs to thicken.

    1. Plain Greek yogurt. I usually use the non-fat but you could use whatever works for you / your eating plan if on WW.
