Sweet Chili Grilled Corn on the Cob

Nothing says summer like fresh sweet corn! In PA we can readily purchase sweet corn from late May until October and we take full advantage of it. Whether it’s for a picnic, camping or just because you can usually find a stash of corn on the cob in our fridge. Sweet Chili Grilled Corn on the Cob recipe is a sponsored in collaboration with Hidden Valley and Data Rank. All content is our own personal experience with the products.

Sweet Chili Grilled Corn on the Cob

One of our favorite ways to prepare corn on the cob is on the grill. Grilled corn on the cob is delicious and takes little to no prep. (My kind of cooking)

We made Sweet Chili Grilled Corn on the Cob on our charcoal grill. You could easily make it on a gas grill or campfire, too.

Prepare corn on the cob. Remove one layer or few pieces of husk but make sure the corn stays completely covered.

Roast over hot coals on covered grill, turning every 5 to 7 minutes until kernels are tender. (Approx 15 minutes)
