  • 1 big bowl mixed lettuces
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into half moons
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup. Pomegranate or dried cranberries (optional)
  • Half lime
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder
