It is the start of another new year and everyone is making resolutions, setting goals, and trying to make this their best year ever. I always get a little overwhelmed this time of year; of course I want to make this my best year and I want to do things to improve my overall health and well-being but I never know where to start. This year instead of bogging myself down with unmanageable goals and resolutions I’ve decided to take another path.     Good tips. I am backing off the internet slowly and I really want to do online courses to finish my degree, and find a better job. I am tired of being stuck where I am.

    I just started working as the social media and website manager of our company. To live off the gird is not easy, especially for someone like me, but I’m slowly making it a habit because I found it too toxic to even bring my work home. I barely have enough time for myself that’s why I feel like I need this. Any tips on how I can do better? I mean, my job is practically the internet and social media, and I’m all for good results that goes both ways for me.
