Air Fried Brussels Sprouts

I’ll show you how to take a vegetable that some turn their noses up at and turn it into a side dish that everyone begs for!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 pound uncooked      Brussels sprouts,      halved – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1/2 teaspoon kosher      salt – 1/4 teaspoon black      pepper – 1 teaspoon lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.

Toss all ingredients except for the lemon zest to coat evenly and then place them into the air fryer.

Cook for about 8 minutes, remove and toss the Brussels sprouts and then put back into the air fryer for another 8 minutes or so.

Garnish with lemon zest if desired.

Serving size is about 3/4 cup. Adjust cooking time as necessary for the size of your Brussels sprouts!
