Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

There’s just something about chicken strips that screams comfort food. We all love them. Now you can make a healthier adult version that kids will enjoy as well.

INGREDIENTS

– 3/4 cup plain fat-free Greek      yogurt – 2 egg – 1 ½ cup panko bread crumbs – 1 ½ tablespoon sweet      paprika – 1 ½ tablespoon garlic powder – ½ tsp salt – ½ tsp black pepper – 1 ½ pound skinless, boneless      chicken breasts tenderloins – Cooking oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk Greek yogurt and egg in a flat bowl.

Mix panko bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a separate flat bowl.

Dip tenders in the egg yogurt mix. Then coat completely with the panko breadcrumb mix. Set aside on a wire rack.

Place a few tenders in the lightly greased air fryer basket, in a single layer. Lightly spray the crumb coated tenders.

Air fry at 370 F for 14 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark (at 7 minutes).
