These individual apple pies are healthy, easy to make, and perfect for your family gatherings and holidays.


– Cooking Spray – Sugar – Light Brown Sugar – Ground Cinnamon –  Apples –  Phyllo Dough – Walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

2. For the filling, you’ll need to combine the sugars, cinnamon, and apples in a large bowl. Toss until apples are coated.

3. Next, take 1 sheet of phyllo on a cutting board, spray it with cooking spray, lay on the next sheet of phyllo dough and spray.
