Baked Pumpkin Donuts

These delicious baked pumpkin donuts are easy to make and perfect for any time of year. The pumpkin makes these a little healthy, right?!

It’s not difficult to make baked donuts. They’re actually easier than you might think and they’re fun to make AND eat.


– 2 cups of flour – 1 teaspoon baking    soda – 1 teaspoon baking    powder – 2 eggs – A pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.


Spray nonstick cooking spray into the wells of a donut pan.

In a mixing bowl combine softened butter and both brown and white sugar.

Cream together for 1 minute. Add eggs, pumpkin puree and heavy cream and mix until smooth.
