INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup mayonnaise – 2 tbsp dill relish – 1 tsp Dijon mustard – 1 tsp white vinegar – 1 tsp white granulated    sugar – ½ tsp paprika powder

Start by soaking and washing your rice 5 times. Until the water is clear. Drain all access water.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the rice and water to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil on high heat.

 As soon as it starts boiling, bring the heat to low/simmer, cover with a lid, and let cook for 16-18 minutes, until cooked.

In a pan, brown your beef, until cooked and season with salt and pepper to taste.
