Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

This Weight Watchers broccoli cauliflower salad is a perfect lunch or a side dish for dinner!

This recipe is a lightened up side dish that is fresh, bursting with flavors, and great to share.

INGREDIENTS

- broccoli - cauliflower - bacon - blueberries - greek yogurt - mayo

INSTRUCTIONS: In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix with a whisk until smooth.

Set aside in the fridge. Using a large mixing bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated.
