Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– Cooking Spray – 1/2 Cup Uncooked Carrots,      Chopped – 4 Large Egg Whites – 2 Cups Cooked Long Grain      Brown Rice – 1/2 Cup Uncooked Scallions,      Chopped – 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas, Thawed – 2 Medium Garlic Cloves,      Minced – 3 Tablespoons Low Sodium      Soy Sauce – 12 Ounces Boneless Skinless      Chicken Breasts, 1/2 Cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

First thing you’ll need to do to make this chicken fried rice recipe is heat a non-stick skillet or wok over medium high heat.

Add the cooking spray before you add the egg whites and cook them until scrambled.

This should take about 4 minutes or so. Remove the eggs from the pan and set them aside for later.
