Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Chocolate peanut butter energy balls are an incredibly delicious, healthy, and nutritious snack.

Made with simple ingredients, these tasty bites pack lots of nutrition in a little space.

INGREDIENTS

– Oats – Peanut Butter – Honey – Vanilla Extract – Flax Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well until completely combined. Refrigerate for one hour.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to gather mixture, and drop spoonfuls onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.

3.  Grab the spoonfuls of mixture, and roll in your hands to form balls. Place back onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.

4. Freeze for 2 hours, remove and store in an airtight container.
