Crockpot Pork and Sauerkraut Recipe

This simple and delicious Crock pot pork and sauerkraut recipe is easy to make and great for family dinners. It goes great with mashed potatoes and salads or you can eat it over noodles or all by itself!

INGREDIENTS

For my version you'll need a boneless pork loin, sauerkraut, apples or apple butter, brown sugar, some beer, and an onion. That's it. Nothing else!

INSTRUCTIONS

You are going to love how simple it is to make this recipe for pork and sauerkraut.

It's truly magical when you realize that all you need to do is put in the meat, cover it with sauerkraut, pour in the beer, add in the sliced onion and apple on top of the sauerkraut, and shut the lid.

This recipe needs to cook for about 6 hours on high.

Cooking times can vary depending on the slow cooker you are using so be sure to check the internal temperature of the pork before cooking and just adjust the time as needed to get it to a safe internal temperature of 145 F.
