Healthy Taco Soup Recipe

Let’s spice things up with this delicious and healthy taco soup. It’s a little spicy and packed with a whole bunch of great ingredients that come together to make the perfect lunch or dinner recipe.


To make this soup you’ll need olive oil, garlic, onion, ground turkey, taco seasoning, salsa, green chilies, tomatoes, tomato juice, chicken broth, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and cilantro!


Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function.

Add the olive oil and allow to heat up.

Add onions and garlic and cook 2-3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent. Stir occasionally.

Add beef and cook until no longer pink. Turn Instant Pot off.

Add chicken stock to Instant Pot.
