Easy Vegetarian Weight Watchers Chili in Instant Pot

This easy Weight Watchers vegetarian chili is great for the whole family. It's healthy, packed with protein, and easy to make in the Instant Pot!

Vegetarian chili like this one gives you a very flavorful and hearty meal without tons of points.

INGREDIENTS

– Black Beans – Kidney Beans – Pinto Beans – Tomatoes – Onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté function and add in oil, diced onion, and bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes or until they begin to become tender.

2. Add in black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans.

3. Add in all seasonings and water. Stir well to combine.

4. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to seal. Cook for 15 minutes on manual high pressure.

5. NPR for 10 minutes. Serve with optional toppings of diced green onion, cilantro, lime wedges, sour cream, avocado, or cheese.
