Easy Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins

These easy and delicious Weight Watchers pumpkin muffins are moist, indulgent, and low in points. Check out this simple fall classic and enjoy my favorite pumpkin muffins!


– 1 box of spice cake mix – 1 cup water – 1 can of pumpkin


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix spice cake mix, water and pumpkin in a medium sized bowl until well combined. 3. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and fill each ¾ with mixture. (You can add a little sprinkle of brown sugar on top of each one if desired) 4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean

Is pumpkin healthy?

Pumpkin is actually really good for you! It’s awesome for your heart and skin especially because it’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Can I make these into mini muffins?

If you want to make these into mini muffins I wouldn’t see why that wouldn’t work. I’m sure they’ll fine. Just keep in mind that you’ll have to adjust the servings and the nutrition facts if you don’t end up with an even number.
