Ground Turkey Skillet With Zucchini

This easy and delicious ground turkey skillet with zucchini is perfect for busy weeknights. It’s a simple meal that everyone will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

– zucchini – yellow squash – ground turkey – onion – tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the turkey.

2. Add taco seasoning. Cook the meat, breaking it up, until the turkey is cooked through,  about 5 minutes.

3. Push the meat to the side, add the onion, and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

4. Stir in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add the black beans, corn, and green chilies.
