– Potatoes – Olive Oil – Onion – Garlic – Ground Turkey
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil.
2. Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet, at least an inch apart, and use a fork to prick holes into the potato skins.
3. Drizzle a half-teaspoon or so of olive oil over each potato, then use clean hands or a basting brush to rub the oil into the skins, coating evenly on all sides.
