We love Brussels Sprouts with this extra hint of flavor. A few fresh garlic cloves and center cut bacon can bring amazing flavor to an otherwise boring vegetable.

For this recipe we will be using fresh Brussels sprouts, garlic, shallots, center cut bacon, and water. That’s it!

Prepare Brussels sprouts by removing stems and halving larger pieces so they become bite-sized.


Mince garlic cloves, slice shallots and cut bacon into small pieces.

Turn Instant Pot to Saute, and add bacon to Instant Pot liner.
