Weight Watchers Peppermint Treats

Any other peppermint fans out there?! It’s super popular around the holidays but these peppermint treats are so tasty you’ll be making them all year long.

These quick and easy peppermint treats are tasty, low in points, and great for giving as gifts in your holiday baskets or you can leave them out for Santa!

INGREDIENTS

– Margarine – Marshmallows – Mint Extract – Rice Cereal – Candies

INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Melt the margarine in a non-stick pot or dutch oven. Stir in the marshmallows and cook until melted. Should take about 5 minutes.

2. Add in cereal, crushed candies and mint extract and stir.

3. Spray your hand with non-stick cooking spray. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and lay them on a cookie sheet lined with foil or wax paper.
