Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

You’ll need a corned beef brisket with the spice packet, some carrots, potatoes, onion, and cabbage. You will also need water and some salt and pepper to taste.

Place carrots, potatoes, and onion in the bottom of slow cooker.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour water over vegetables.

Place brisket on top of vegetables and sprinkle on spice from packet.

Cook on high for 8 hours.
