Simple Weight Watchers Potato Soup 

This simple Weight Watchers potato soup is easy to make and perfect for weeknight dinners. It can be done and on the table in 30 minutes or less!

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken Broth – Potatoes  – Onion – Garlic – Cream Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine broth, potatoes, onion, and spices in large stock pot.

2. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender.

3. Smash a few of the potatoes to release their starch for thickening.
