Southwest Chicken Salad

This Weight Watchers southwest chicken salad also includes a homemade jalapeño dressing.

It’s simple to make, easy to prep in advance, and great for all three myWW+ programs!

INGREDIENTS

- Chicken breast - Jalapenos - Mayonnaise - Sour cream - Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS: In a bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.

Assemble preferred salad ingredients on a plate or in a bowl.

Drizzle on the dressing.
