Stuffed Shells Recipe

Stuffed shells are one of those recipes that I used to only make on special occasions. They require a little bit more work and are typically a little more indulgent than I’d like for a healthy dinner recipe.


– 1 Cup Part Skim Ricotta      Cheese – 1 Cup Fat-Free Cottage      Cheese – 1 Tsp Salt – 1 Tsp Garlic Powder – 1 Tbsp Oregano, Dried – 1/4 Tsp Pepper – 3 Cups Tomato Sauce,      Canned – 24 Jumbo Shells, Cooked


Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix together cheeses, spices, and seasonings.

In a 9×13 baking pan, put a few spoons of tomato sauce on the bottom.

Cool the cooked jumbo shells until able to be handled.

Fill each jumbo shell with cheese and spice mixture.
