Mashed Potato Stuffing Balls Recipe

I have spent the past 28 Thanksgiving holidays enjoying a family meal at my in-law's home. Most of those 28 years, my mother-in-law has served her signature Mashed Potato Stuffing Balls.

I happened to get my hands on the coveted stuffing balls recipe and make my own batch. YUM!

INGREDIENTS

– butter – onion – celery – white bread – poultry seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cube your bread. Heat butter or margarine in a large skillet.

2. Add onion and celery and sauté gently until tender.

3. Add sauteed vegetables to bowl of bread.
