Texas Caviar Recipe

Texas caviar is a simple veggie-based recipe that is packed with protein and hard to resist!


-onion -bell pepper -jalapenos -garlic -tomatoes -salad dressing -kidney beans


Toss all ingredients (except cilantro) in a large bowl until well combined

Cover and chill for 2 hours

Add cilantro and serve

I make this for potlucks, picnics, and family meals. You can use it as a dip, salad, or main dish. Yep, it’s that versatile.

You can make this recipe a few days ahead of time, if you need it for an upcoming event or meal. Do not add the cilantro until right before serving.
