Turkey Sliders with Mushrooms for Weight Watchers

These turkey burgers are so tasty no one will know that they are healthy. This recipe is quick and easy.

INGREDIENTS

- Egg - Oatmeal - Mushrooms - Diced onion - Salt - Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl (egg through pepper).

2. Add in ground turkey and mix with your hands.

3. Form slider-sized patties. Cook on a nonstick griddle or pan for a total of about 14 minutes, turning approximately every 4 minutes.

4. Add cheese on top and cook for one more minute.
