Vegetarian Chili in Instant Pot

This easy weight watchers vegetarian chili is great for the whole family.

It's healthy, packed with protein, and easy to make in the Instant Pot!

INGREDIENTS

– black beans – kidney beans – pinto beans – diced tomatoes – onion – orange bell pepper

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Turn Instant Pot to Saute function and add in oil and diced onion and bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes or until they begin to become tender.

2. Add in black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans.

3. Add in all seasonings and water.
