Weight Watcher Turkey Burgers

These delicious Weight Watcher turkey burgers have a secret ingredient…. zucchini!

Zucchini is great for bulking up recipes in terms of actual bulk but also in terms of added nutrients and such.

It makes them super juicy and delicious without adding much in the way of flavor!

These turkey burgers stay together pretty well thanks to the zucchini and other ingredients.


- ground turkey extra lean - onion powder - shredded zucchini - egg - garlic powder - ground cumin - some salt!

Press shredded zucchini in between paper towels and squeeze firmly to remove excess moisture.


In a large bowl combine turkey, egg, zucchini and spices. Knead together to mix well.

Separate into 4 burgers.
