– 4 Medium Yellow      Potatoes, Sliced      Thin – 1 Tablespoon      Vegetable Oil – Sea Salt, To Taste


First things first. Slice the potatoes. 

They need to be pretty thin so a good sharp knife will be a must!

Next put them into a bowl of cold water and soak for at least 20 minutes. This will help remove some of the starches and keep them from being super gummy once they’re cooked.

Finally, remove from the water, pat dry with a clean towel, and season the chips with the salt and oil.

Now in small batches place them into the air fryer for about 20 minutes.
