Weight Watchers apple crisp is all the things you love about a delicious apple crisp recipe without the guilt! This lightened up baked apple dessert is perfect for WW!

For the filling: – 2 pounds apples, peeled and sliced (about 5 medium-large apples) – 2 tbsp Lakanto Golden – 1 tbsp flour – 1 tbsp lemon juice – 1 tsp cinnamon For the topping: – 1/2 cup all purpose flour – 1/2 cup rolled oats – 1/3 cup Lakanto Golden monk fruit sweetener – ¼ cup butter, softened – 1/4 tsp cinnamon – 1/8 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 11x7 baking dish (or a large cast iron skillet).
In a large bowl, prepare the filling by combining the sliced apples, Lakanto golden, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour the filling into the prepared baking dish.
In the same bowl, prepare the topping by combining the flour, oats, Lakanto golden, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the topping over the filling in the baking dish.
Bake the apple crisp at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown and crisp.
