INGREDIENTS

- Apples - Whole wheat flour - Oats - Salt - Baking soda - Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a medium mixing bowl combine the flour, oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, flax, and sugar. Mix until all is well combined.

Stir in the vegetable oil and water.

Then fold in the grated apples.

Spoon mixture into a greased mini muffin pan.
