– Cooking Spray – 1 Tbsp Sugar – 2 Tsp Unpacked Light Brown Sugar – 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon – 3 Apples, Peeled and Chopped – 3 Sheets Phyllo Dough, Frozen – 2 Tbsp Walnuts, Chopped

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. For the filling, you’ll need to combine the sugars, cinnamon, and apples in a large bowl. Toss until apples are coated.

Instructions

For the crust you will take 1 sheet of phyllo on a cutting board, spray it with cooking spray, lay on the next sheet of phyllo dough and spray, repeat for all three layers.

Instructions

Cut the stacked phyllo dough into roughly 6×6 inch pieces. Each stack of phyllo dough should hold about 1/2 cup of the apple mixture. Place it in the center and form the edges of the phyllo around it to create a kind of nest.

Instructions

Take a spatula and move the pies onto your sprayed baking sheet. Add walnuts on top, distribute them evenly across all 6 pies.
