These super simple Weight Watchers chicken tacos are loaded with flavor...not points! Check out this easy taco Tuesday recipe today! Perfect for the whole family and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

.– 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into small cubes) – 1 tsp sugar – ½ lime juiced (about 1 tsp.) – ⅛ cup red wine vinegar – 2 cloves garlic (minced) – 2 green onions chopped – ½ tsp. salt – 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro – ½ tsp. ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS  1

 Using a medium sized skillet, add chicken and sauté over medium- high heat about 15 minutes or until golden brown

Add in lime juice, sugar, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, cilantro and green onions. Sprinkle it with salt, and pepper while cooking. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken has absorbed wet ingredients.

Warm tortillas in a small skillet flipping on each side or place in a warm oven for a few minutes.

Each taco will use 1/10th of the meat mixture. Fill each tortilla with chicken and add in lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and top with salsa if desired.
