INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt – 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill (or 2 teaspoons dried) – 1/2 teaspoon Dried Garlic Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon Dried Onion Flakes – 1/2 teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place Greek yogurt in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and no lumps remain. 2. Sprinkle in the dill, garlic flakes, onion flakes and salt, then stir to combine.

3. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, stir to combine fully. 4. Taste and adjust, as desired. 5. Refrigerate for one hour or until ready to serve.
