- All purpose flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Salt - Butter - Reduced fat buttermilk


Turn oven on 450 degrees F. Mix your flour, baking soda and powder and salt well in a medium sized bowl.

Cut your cold butter into small little square pieces and work it into your mixture with a fork. Do this just until the dough is moist and forming a dough.

While the dough is in the bowl hollow out the center of your dough and pour in the buttermilk. Kneed just enough to work the milk in evenly.

Place the dough on a flour dusted surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to a 1/2 in thick rectangular shape.
